ETS决定自2007年11月1日起，调整中国托福网考收费标准和转考/退考时限规定。具体为：已注册考生每次转考（包括改变考试日期和考点）的收费从目前的人民币320元调整为人民币600元；转考和退考的截止日改为已注册考试日前10天（不包括考试日和提交申请日）。

　　上述调整将于2007年11月1日00:00生效。

　　To: All TOEFL test takers

　　Subject: Changes to TOEFL Reschedule Fee and Reschedule and Cancellation Policy　Effective November1st, the fee to reschedule a test for the TOEFL Internet-based test (TOEFL iBT) will change to 600 RMB.

　　In addition, test takers who would like to reschedule or cancel their registration must do so on the NEEA TOEFL IBT registration website no later than ten full days in advance of the test date. Please note that when calculating ten full days prior to the test date this does not include the day of the test or the day of your request. This policy also takes effect November 1st.

　　These changes are necessary to cover expenses generated when seats are reserved at test centers and then rescheduled at short notice when they are unlikely to be assigned to other test takers.

　　ETS' goal is to ensure that all individuals in China who wish to take the TOEFL test are able to do so. We appreciate your understanding of the need for these policy changes.
